  1. Are there any prerequisites to use your platform? You must be registered as a business entity in the US or UK to use this platform
  2. What type of businesses can use this platform? Types of businesses are
    Software, IT, hardware powered by software, wholesale trade powered by software. Minimum 2 yrs old that issue invoices to their customers (for example net 30 days – 90 days)
  3. Is this a form of factoring? Factoring is a type of finance in which a business would sell its accounts receivable (invoices) to a third party to meet its short-term liquidity needs. While VendorMach does not directly provide financing, in our mission to improve the viability of SMB businesses and their cashflow needs, we recognize that invoices can and do act as security or guarantee to obtain short and long term financing
  4. What if my business is not listed? Then send us your registered company
    name and we’ll alert you once you’re added
  5. Do I have to only upload one unpaid invoice? You can upload one unpaid invoice or multiple unpaid invoices including older paid ones. The more invoices you upload, the better. Our process is able to characterize unpaid and paid invoices. Since invoices can act as a security or guarantee to obtain short term financing, they generally boost your score.
  6. What type of prequalification products do you offer? Offers are generally competitive short term and mid term (up to 3 years) working capital products. From time to time, you may be prequalified for longer term products
